And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.
EPHESIANS 2:22
The church is a house we build together

“In Christ you are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.” (Ephesians 2:21-22)
Those words are the theme of our Together campaign. And now they also stand over the doors of the sanctuary in our newly renovated Lytham Road Campus. God is building us, by his grace and power, into a people formed by his love and empowered by his Spirit.
We kicked it off in the spring of 2023. We campaigned Together for our vision to be an Oasis of God’s Kingdom for the world around us. We committed together in prayer, and we committed together in sacrificial financial giving. We committed ourselves to discipleship to Jesus, and we committed ourselves to the Great Commission to make more disciples of Jesus.
And then we embarked on an adventure! Sometimes we worshiped all together in one location on Sundays. Other times, our Lytham Road Campus moved around the neighborhood. We prayed for patience and perseverance, and we did our best to follow God in his mission to reach our neighborhood. And during that time, we continue to grow, both spiritually and numerically.
Now we are worshiping again in both campuses. Our investment in Lytham Road is bearing the fruit we prayed and sacrificed for. Our kids are growing in the spaces we designed for them. Worship and classes are thriving in renewed facilities. New guests are visiting and joining our community all the time. And our building is set up to support mission and ministry for years to come.
Thanks be to God for all that he has done! Thank you also for your generosity and faithful commitment to this campaign. And now let’s continue to pray for God’s mission at Lytham Road and Mill Run.
In the love of Jesus,
Pastor Steve
Praise God!
Praise God from whom all blessings flow, praise him all creatures here below, praise him above ye heavenly host, praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
With grateful hearts, we praise God for the re-opening of our Lytham Road Campus. What began years ago as a vision has become a reality through prayer, perseverance, and the faithful support of our congregation. We could not have reached this moment without you, and we look forward with joy to all that God will continue to do in and through our church family and buildings.
